Shipping policy

All DRE4MSC4PE objects are produced to order and individually finished by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production prior to shipment. This production window ensures each piece meets our standards of form, weight, and finish.

Orders ship from the United States.

Once your piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched using insured shipping. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DRE4MSC4PE is not responsible for delays caused by:

 

• carrier disruptions

• customs processing

• incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, it may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

At this time, shipping is available within the United States. International availability may open in the future.
