Refund policy

All DRE4MSC4PE pieces are created to order and individually finished by hand. Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved in producing each object, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

inquiries@dre4msc4pe.com

with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Approved claims will be evaluated and resolved at our discretion, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit.

We are not responsible for:

 

• normal wear

• accidental damage

• improper storage

• misuse after delivery

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
